Job Description & Responsibilities
Advises students/graduates of the Career Development Department. Meets with students/graduates in career advisory meetings. Educates and assists candidate graduates with career search practices, which include presentation skills, conducting research, resume review, cover letter writing, developing telephone and interview skills and industry etiquette and responsibilities.
Education/Training
AA/AS/Bachelor Degree. Prior experience in the entertainment or media industry is required. Some human resource experience is helpful.
Requirements
Position requires a solid background in Writing and a good understanding of the entertainment industry. Employee must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Good computer skills and the ability to communicate through verbal and written means are necessary. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be a clear communicator comfortable speaking on the phone, and in person, and able to exude positive energy and enthusiasm. Must have efficient skills in social networking. Must have strong grammar and writing skills. Must have strong knowledge of the entertainment industry. Excellent organizational and customer services skills; strong desire to help others; work well within a team environment; creative problem-solver; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Also must possess a professional attitude, be upbeat and dependable in a fast-changing environment, as well as exhibit a desire for a long-term position.
